Mystery Shopper Duties
Being a mystery shopper is definitely fun and exciting. It provides many individuals with daily or nightly responsibilities for an opportunity to make extra cash with its extremely self-efficient and flexible hours, as well as keeping shopping for free. Many mystery shoppers however make it look much easier than it seems. In order to be a professional mystery shopper, an individual must have certain qualifications and job experience that can only be done through either past or previous experiences or through training. Therefore, once trained it is understood that there is a golden set of rules and duties a mystery shopper must follow.
Being a mystery shopper, one has extremely important duties that one must be aware of and take full throttle and responsibility of covering. A mystery shopper must be aware of the store in which they are shopping at, must maintain objectivity, must also make sure that all actions have no relapse of suspicion, and most importantly never give their identity away. Furthermore, a mystery shopper outside of shopping must be able to write, provide, and describe a store and its entities in entirety and completely without bias. It is imperative that a mystery shopper follow these duties with exponential amounts of confidentially, for being secretive is one of the main aspects of being a mystery shopper.
Being able to execute these tasks, and furthermore being able to complete these duties without any mistakes will always provide a more than satisfactory report and your employer will always ask for you back.
